The week of Monday August 2nd through Saturday August 7th, 2010 marks the first ever Free School Supplies Event at Frank Myers Auto Maxx, a used car dealership located at 4200 N. Patterson Avenue in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. According to owner Tracy Myers, his business will be using the free school supplies event as a way to give back to a community that has supported his family's business over the years.
"We'll have a limited supply of free school supplies for the kids," Myers said. "When we run out, that's it. There won't be any more free school supplies until next year. So I'm encouraging everyone to arrive as early as possible. I'd hate for anyone to miss out."
