Study: High Point Residents Dread Car Buying

Jim Lentz, executive vice president for Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., told industry leaders that a new study reveals "auto companies must do more to improve the customer experience in showrooms". The big message: High Point Consumers dread car buying. The good news is that a worry free solution may have arrived.
High Point, North Carolina (PRWEB) April 10, 2008 – A new study reveals that consumers, including ones that live in High Point, dread car shopping.
